This course has also been adapted to meet the requirements of care homes. The content of the course remains the same but with the emphasis being on feeding the elderly and those in care homes. The second part of the course includes a session that discusses the problems in relation to feeding those in care homes and practical demonstrations on modified diets. This also gives anyone involved in the feeding of residents a chance to ask any related questions.
