Level 2 Diploma in Retail
This course is for a learner looking to work within the retail industry. It provides retail knowledge as well as customer care training, brand and industry awareness, health and safety awareness as well as matching specialist optional units to roles.
Aged 16 – 17 years old Or Young person with a disability and be under 22 years old, Or Young person who qualifies under the Children (Leaving Care) Act (NI) (2002) and who is under 24 years old.
18 – 24 years old working 21 hrs or above in a relevant job role
All aged groups, must be employed or working voluntary in a relevant job role
12 – 24 months depending on course and individual circumstances
Oral and written unit assessments through student portfolio with practical vocational observation by a qualified Assessor; Witness Testimonies and Professional Discussion.
This apprenticeship standard has been allocated a maximum funding cap of £4,500, which is the anticipated full cost for delivering this standard and the end point assessment.
